Responsive HTML5 Galleries

I was looking for a platform to display some of my mum’s sketches & art I found a responsive HTML5 solution.

Have a look at Gamma Gallery

If you have a spreadsheet with image-names and descriptions, you can easily generate the suitable li-elements for the html-code – that’s nice if you have lots of photos.

Resizing can be accomplished using ImageMagick, e.g. using the command ‘convert -resize 700 *.jpg’

Active artists can join the community site Cargo which also features responsive HTML5 solutions such as this Awesome Picture Gallery!

Codrop has developed a similar site, which can be previewed here.
